HOSTS/GREETERS
- Welcome congregants on Sunday mornings
- Take an interest in learning about people and making connections
- Answer questions about ministry offerings and help people sign up for events
- Help visitors find their way around the building
- Serve once a month or one month on/two months off
- Arrive at 8:30am on Sundays to make coffee
- Be present in the coffee area, welcoming people and engaging in conversation
- Serve once a month or every other month
COFFEE
- Baking Ministry- provides baked goods for special events such as volunteer breakfasts, church events or funeral receptions
- Meals Ministry- provides meals to those in need, typically after the death of a loved one, birth of a new baby, or a big life event or tragedy
- When a need arises, you may choose whether or not to bake or prepare a meal as it suits your schedule
Baking & Meals Ministry
WORSHIP
MUSIC
- Lead worship on Sunday mornings or for seasonal worship gatherings
- Looking for singers who harmonize, folks with worship-leading experience or musicians of all types
- We have needs across the board: bass players, drummers, electric guitar players, harmony vocalists
- Must be comfortable reading chord charts, creative and fluent on your instrument
- Run sound during Sunday worship gatherings (preferably someone experienced with running live sound)
- Current need: 2 people serving once a month
- Requirements: comfortable working with computers, attention to detail, ability to focus
SOUND
- Run media slides during Sunday worship gatherings
- Current need: 2-3 people serving once a month
- Requirements: comfortable working with computers, attention to detail, ability to focus
MEDIA
KIDS & YOUTH
Kids Community
- Share God's love with babes - 4th graders on Sunday mornings
- Play in God's story with kids and wonder together about His word
- Follow plans and activities created by Kids Community staff
- Options to serve once a month or one month on/two months off
- Care for, engage with and play alongside 5th - 12th graders
- Youth ministry is deeply relational and necessary as our students are formed in the way of Jesus during the adolescent years
- Being a volunteer with teenagers is a high calling, but it’s also hilarious and so much fun!
- Current needs: Middle School volunteers on Tuesday evenings, 5th/6th volunteers Sunday mornings and Tuesday evenings
